The Governing Body provides strategic leadership and accountability, focusing on:

• Setting the school’s vision, ethos, and strategic direction.

• Holding executive leaders to account for the educational performance of the school and its pupils.

• Overseeing financial performance to ensure money is well spent and resources are optimised.
