Admission Arrangements
If you would like your child to attend Corinthian Community Primary School, please contact the school and we will be very pleased to take you and your child on a tour of the school.
This will allow you to understand how and where your child will spend each school day, meet the teacher and give you an idea of the atmosphere and expectations of Corinthian. It also helps to settle any nerves your child may have about moving to a new school, as he/she will see smiling, friendly faces and lots of interesting and exciting activities.

Being a Liverpool Community Primary School, we are subject to the local authority’s admissions arrangements. The following documents give guidance on entry to our school:
The closing dates for September 25 to apply for a Year 7 place is 31st October 2024 and for a Reception place is 15th January 2025.

How to Apply - Reception / Year7
Some schools have their own entrance exams, aptitude tests and application forms. If your child wishes to apply to a school which has its own entrance exam, aptitude test or application form, you will need to contact the school, register your child to take the exam/test and get a copy of the school’s application form. You will also need to apply using the Liverpool City Council online application form. This is your responsibility. Schools will not allow you to take the entrance test if you miss the deadline to apply.

You can apply for an In-Year Transfer on the Liverpool City Council website.
You can request an application form from the school office.
Please be aware that we operate a waiting list, and that most classes in school are full. Once your application form is received, the date it was received will be noted and your child will be placed on the waiting list. We will contact you occasionally to check that you wish your child's name to remain on the waiting list. We will also contact you when we are in a position to offer your child a place.
