Who to Contact if You Have a Concern

At Corinthian Community Primary School, we aim to ensure the well-being of not only your child or children but also parents and carers. Below are the details for whom to contact if you have any queries or concerns.

If you do not receive a resolution to your concern after speaking with the appropriate head of key stage, please email the school office with full details of your concerns, the individuals you have spoken to, your expected resolution, and any additional information that may help address your concerns.

We will acknowledge receipt of your complaint, and our Headteacher or Assistant Head will make an effort to contact you as soon as possible for discussion. You will receive a response to your complaint no later than 10 working days after we receive full details, in accordance with Department for Education guidelines.

A copy of our Complaints Procedure Policy is available in the "Policies" section of the school website under Key Information.

If you are unsure about whom to direct your query to initially, please contact the School Office for assistance.
