Remote education

Remote Education – Parent Guide

At Corinthian, we are committed to making sure your child can continue learning, even if they cannot attend school in person. This guide explains how remote education works and how you can support your child.

What Remote Education Includes

  • Daily lessons in core subjects like English, Maths, and Reading

  • Topic work and creative activities

  • Live or recorded lessons led by teachers

  • Online tools and resources to practice skills at home

  • Feedback from teachers on submitted work

Your Child’s Routine

We provide structured daily schedules to help children stay focused and maintain a sense of normal school routine. Activities include lessons, independent tasks, and time for wellbeing or physical activity.

Supporting Your Child

You can help by:

  • Encouraging your child to follow the daily schedule

  • Supporting access to online lessons and resources

  • Communicating with teachers if your child needs help

Online Safety

We use safe, secure online platforms (Google meet, Century, Quizziz). However, we must urge that you supervise your child and follow our online safety guidance.

Special Educational Needs

We provide extra support for children with special educational needs to make sure they can access learning successfully.

Staying Connected

Teachers regularly check in with pupils and provide guidance and encouragement. Our goal is to keep learning on track and maintain strong links between home and school.
